The Center for Expressive Technologies invites you to join us for a virtual teach‐in with Afreen Ali and Giangtien Nguyen, the founders of INVI, to hear about their experience designing and building a virtual museum: #ArtForJustice

#ArtForJustice is a virtual gallery designed to showcase material in support of the Black Lives Matter movement with artistic work symbolizing the fight for justice and commemorating George Floyd. According to the gallery website "In curating this work, we pay tribute to the countless Black brothers and sisters we’ve lost to police brutality and invite you to share this space in thoughtful reflection."

Cal Poly is hosting a virtual teach-in event to discuss the creation of this virtual museum (organized by CET and Assistant Professor Padma Maitland in Architecture).  The event takes place July 9 at 6pm on Zoom: https://calpoly.zoom.us/j/99291829563
